Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are a legal agreement between Brwse Co. ("Brwse", "we", "us", "our"), operating the Rcruit platform, and you ("User", "you"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. The Services
Rcruit provides an AI-powered interview practice platform (the "Services") that allows you to:
- Create interview scenarios from job descriptions and other inputs.
- Generate evaluation rubrics with AI-assisted criteria.
- Practice interviews with a real-time interviewer via voice and video.
- Receive scored evaluations and coaching feedback based on your performance.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Credits and payments
A. Credit system
The Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are required for certain actions, including generating scenarios and rubrics, and conducting interview sessions. Credit costs for each action are displayed before you confirm.
B. Purchases
Credits are purchased in packs at the prices listed on the Website. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
C. Refunds
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, you may contact us to request a refund or credit restoration on a case-by-case basis.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code of the Services (except where prohibited by law).
- Circumvent security controls or access non-public areas of the Services without authorization.
- Use the Services to develop or benchmark competing products.
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to abuse the credit system, exploit technical errors, or manipulate evaluations.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, including scenarios, job descriptions, and interview responses ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content to provide and improve the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Voice, video, and recording consent
The Services involve real-time voice and video communication with an interviewer. By starting an interview session, you consent to:
- Your voice and video being captured and processed in real time by our AI systems (including speech-to-text, language model processing, and text-to-speech).
- Interview transcripts being generated and stored in your account.
- AI-generated evaluations and feedback being produced from your session data.
We do not permanently store raw audio or video recordings after session completion. Transcripts and evaluations remain accessible in your account.
7. AI outputs and disclaimers
The Services use artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, evaluations, and coaching feedback. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your specific situation.
- Evaluation scores and feedback are for practice purposes only and do not guarantee interview performance or employment outcomes.
- The Services are not a substitute for professional career coaching, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- You are responsible for evaluating and making decisions based on AI outputs.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Services, including software, design, documentation, and AI models. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate the feedback without restriction or obligation.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend us from third-party claims arising from (i) your User Content, or (ii) your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement, and to pay resulting finally awarded damages or approved settlements.
12. Suspension and termination
A. By us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe: (i) there is a security risk; (ii) your use violates this Agreement or applicable law; or (iii) suspension is required to comply with legal process. Where practicable, we will provide notice before suspension.
B. By you
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Unused credits are not refundable upon account closure.
C. Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
13. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to this Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- Assignment: We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement.
- Force majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Notice, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersedes prior agreements on the subject.
- Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions continue in effect.
